Quiet Country Estates community is a welcoming community planned for the 55 and older active adult. Our Manufactured Home community in Waterloo NY provides lots of open space for privacy, and maintains public utilities that savvy homeowners desire. We are located in the heart of the finger lakes between Seneca and Cayuga lakes, with a mere 10 minute drive to an excellent hospital, outlet malls, and outdoor recreation.

Location

Quiet Country Estates is built upon 23 wooded acres and tucked in and away from traffic. The community was named Quiet County Estates because of the beautiful wildlife that often 
quietly meanders through the community throughout the year. 

Conveniently located on Routes 5&20 between the cities of Waterloo and Geneva, and situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes we are just ~1 hour West of Rochester and~45 minutes East of Syracuse, with world class hospitals, public transportation, outlet shopping, golf, boating, and wineries, just a short drive away.
